Programme Details
- Five-month fixed-term contract commencing November 2026
- Hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in our London office (Wednesday is a core office day)
- To maximise the internship experience, interns are encouraged to spend four days per week in the office
- Recruitment and interviews will take place during October 2026
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for internship roles.
The Role
Alpha Bank London is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Test Analyst to support a range of exciting technology and business transformation initiatives. These projects span online and mobile banking, payments, cards, multi-currency accounts, home loans, and core banking platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop hands-on experience in software testing within a banking environment. You'll receive guidance from experienced colleagues while gaining practical exposure to testing methodologies, banking systems, and project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Learn how to design, execute, and document test cases across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Support testing of key banking processes, including account opening, payments, cards, loans, and customer servicing journeys.
- Assist with defect management, including identifying, documenting, retesting, and validating fixes.
- Help prepare test evidence, documentation, and materials to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, business stakeholders, vendors, and Alpha Bank Greece technology teams.
- Gain an understanding of regulatory and governance requirements relevant to testing within financial services.
- Maintain clear and accurate test documentation and traceability records.
- Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and explore opportunities for automation.

What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate, with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- A demonstrated interest in technology, software quality assurance, and financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles, testing concepts, and Agile delivery methods.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or Postman is an advantage.
