The Role
A leading independent planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Town Planner to join their growing team in Colchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent planning graduate looking to begin their career within a supportive consultancy environment. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of planning projects, gaining exposure to both strategic and development management matters.
You will work closely with experienced planners and be supported in developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards your professional planning qualifications.
Requirements
- A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
- Ideally working towards or interested in achieving RTPI accreditation
- Some knowledge or experience of the UK planning system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A genuine interest in developing a career within planning
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
