The Role
An established planning consultancy is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Saffron Walden.
This role would suit a recent planning graduate who is looking to build their career within the private sector and gain valuable experience across a broad range of planning matters.

You will work alongside experienced planning professionals, assisting with planning applications, research, reports, and client work. The role offers excellent exposure to a variety of projects and the opportunity to develop your planning expertise within a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related subject
- Ideally working towards RTPI accreditation or interested in pursuing chartership
- Understanding of the UK planning system
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated approach to professional development
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
- Previous planning experience would be beneficial but is not essential
