Looking to build a successful career in sales with clear progression, excellent earning potential, and ongoing development? We're hiring ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join some of the UK's fastest-growing businesses as Graduate Trainee Account Executives. Working across industries including technology, AI, cyber security, SaaS, fintech, marketing, media, and professional services, you'll gain exposure to innovative businesses and develop highly valuable commercial skills. No sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals with the drive, attitude, and ambition to succeed.

The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Account Executive, you'll work closely with senior sales professionals to support the sales process, build client relationships, and help drive business growth.

You will:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Support sales conversations and product demonstrations
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts
  • Engage with decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Learn consultative selling techniques and negotiation skills
  • Work collaboratively with business development and customer success teams
  • Develop commercial awareness and industry knowledge
