At TT Electronics, we’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Programme - a brand-new, two-year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long-term career in business development and sales.
Role Overview And Responsibilities
Starting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Fairford, Gloucestershire this programme puts you right at the heart of our manufacturing operations. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience in inside sales and customer account management.
Through a series of structured rotations across inside sales and new business development, you’ll build a strong commercial foundation while taking on real responsibility. You’ll learn how we use our CRM to manage opportunities and insights, contribute to the monthly reporting cycle, and develop your market awareness through regional workshops and hands-on collaboration. You’ll also gain exposure to bid preparation and, as your confidence grows, begin owning opportunities within the new business sales funnel.
Upon successful completion of the two-year scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you.

Qualifications, Skills And Attributes

We’re open to graduates from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or business-related degree backgrounds who are:

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our Recruitment Process Is Broken Down Into Two Stages
Step 1: Online application - Set up your candidate profile and apply using your CV. Here, you will be asked to answer a small number of application questions relevant to the role for which you’re applying.
Step 2: If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to attend an onsite interview here at Fairford, to include a short presentation.
You’ll receive the presentation topic in advance so that you can prepare and remember, the interview process is a two-way street; we want you to have the opportunity to decide whether TT Electronics is the right place for you too!
NATIONALITY AND SECURITY RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). TT Electronics is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
