Our Front Office business is customer-focused and brings together expertise across Customer Sales, Trading, Primary Capital Markets, Private Financing, and CMU & xVA. Together, these teams support our customers to navigate markets, manage risk and meet their financing needs across Rates, FX and Credit products.
Your graduate journey
As a graduate trainee on our NatWest Markets Front Office programme, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.
Over the course of this programme, you can expect to:
- Work alongside experienced professionals and industry experts to develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding
- Gain first-hand experience within your business area and become a valued member of the team from day one
- Build a deeper understanding of the products, markets and clients that drive our business
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, senior leaders and fellow graduates across NatWest Markets
- Build your technical and professional skills through dedicated upfront training and on-the-job experience

- Take part in live talks, networking opportunities and events covering a range of business and market topics
- Develop the confidence to navigate markets, manage risk and support our customers in meeting their financing needs

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Front Office graduate programme, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree or a 3.4 GPA
- A strong customer focus
- The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
- A flair for innovation
- Curiosity and an open mind
- A genuine passion for learning and development
