Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Front Office graduate programme, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving a master’s degree or PhD in a STEM subject or quantitative finance
- A strong customer focus
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic coding skills
- Great communication skills
- The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
- A genuine passion for learning and development
