Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Assist with schedules, documentation, reports, and internal coordination
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and business information
- Track routine tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions
- Support teams with operational projects and general business activities
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and external contacts
- Help identify and resolve routine operational issues
- Assist with improving workflows and maintaining efficient processes
Requirements
- Graduate or early-career candidate interested in operations and business support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organization and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, and online business tools
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous internship, administration, customer service, or operations experience is beneficial but not required
