What You’ll Be Doing
- Build relationships with candidates and clients in the life science sector
- Learn and master the full recruitment process with expert guidance
- Develop your own network and grow your specialist market
- Collaborate with senior consultants and learn from the best
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Motivated, ambitious, and ready to build a successful career
- Experience in sales, customer service, customer-facing marketing or a relationship building role
- Located within 40 minutes commute of Horsham, West Sussex
