Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London

Salary: £30,000

The Role

At Morgan Law, we’re seeking to hire ambitious Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist recruitment teams on a permanent basis. This is a genuine opportunity to build a career in recruitment, working alongside experienced recruiters who are committed to your development.

This role offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, relationship building, and market research, combined with in-depth structured training and extensive mentorship that will set you up for long-term success in recruitment. Based in our Central London office you will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

  • Learn recruitment from the ground up through hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, database management, and live recruitment projects.
  • Work closely with experienced consultants who are invested in sharing their knowledge and helping you develop.
  • Clear pathway to progression: many successful recruiters at Morgan Law have progressed from trainee roles to Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Director-level positions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, with the capacity to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, positive, and resilient attitude, with a genuine interest in recruitment.
  • Solid research and problem-solving skills, comfortable using LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify candidates.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues, take feedback on board, and continually improve.

Qualifications

  • Graduate-level qualification 2.1 minimum or equivalent.
  • Hunger to develop professionally and build a long-term career in recruitment.
  • Enthusiasm for working in an office-based, collaborative environment and learning from experienced professionals.
