Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant (USA Division)
£28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+) + 25 Days Holiday + Afternoon/Evening Hours + Pension
Liverpool Street, London
Are you a Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a competitive environment and wants to look back in five years knowing you helped build something special?
We're now building our USA Division from London, and we're looking for ambitious people who want to be part of something from day one.
This is the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced recruiters, who will teach you how to generate new business, and build relationships with US clients where you will have a genuine impact on the growth of the office.
This isn't a large corporate office with hundreds of people. You'll be joining a small, two-person office with a huge ambition: to build a market-leading recruitment business in the USA.
Our culture is built around development, progression, accountability, and winning. We invest heavily in training and believe that ambition should be rewarded with genuine career progression and exceptional earning potential.
Although you'll be joining a small office, you'll have the backing, systems, and support of a successful business with multiple UK offices. You'll enjoy the autonomy of a start-up with the stability of an established company.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
