We offer private banking and wealth management services to high net worth clients in the UK, including banking, lending, and investments designed to meet their diverse and complex needs. Our graduate programme
As a graduate trainee in the Wealth Product & Client Solutions programme, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work. This programme will see you work with teams that are focussed on strategic, long-term change aspects of our business, helping us lay the foundations for long lasting client relationships and growth.
Over the course of this rotational two-year programme, you can expect to:
- Develop analytical, operational and transformation capabilities needed to support the growth of Private Banking & Wealth Management and deliver exceptional client and adviser outcomes
- Get exposure to different teams that drive our strategic change
- Develop skills such as change management, project management, networking, and presentations
- See how we listen to our clients and forge meaningful interactions to suit their needs, using data-led insights
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects and activities, and experience how we come together to drive growth and results
- Grow your confidence and learn to influence, challenge, and communicate with different colleagues
- Nurture a professional network right across the Private Banking & Wealth Management
- Deepen your understanding of our products and services, and how they’re designed and managed

How you’ll benefit
We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £37,500 a year, as well as an additional location allowance of £3,450. And on top of your salary, you’ll have access to our flexible benefits package.

At the end of the two-year programme, you’ll be ready to apply for a role that builds on the skills, knowledge, and experience gained throughout your placements. We’ll support you through your transition into your next role. The capabilities you develop will prepare you for opportunities across Product, Journey, Strategy, and Transformation functions.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Wealth Product & Client Solutions graduate programme, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
- A growth mindset and passion for learning
- To enjoy collaborating and working as a team
- A sound sense of judgement
- Good problem-solving skills
- A strong customer-focus
