Up to £28,000 + Pension + Training + Progression + Medical Insurance

Are you a Graduate Transport Planner or similar looking to develop your career inside of a well-established company who supply into the civil engineering industry?

Do you want to join a long-lasting transport planning company who supply into the civil engineering industry, looking to expand their team and sites all over the UK?

On offer, is the chance for a Graduate Transport Planner or similar to join a UK-based company who draw and design highways, also focusing on drainage solutions and environmental planning. Founded over 20 years ago, this company has maintained their level of work and employment and plans to continue maintaining this for the future, focusing on the progression of their employees. The business has long-term plans to open new sites whilst continuing to deliver their services nationwide, looking to strengthen their team with a new Graduate Transport Planner.

In this role, the successful Graduate Transport Planner or similar will be spending most of their time shadowing senior employees, also being provided with the opportunity to go to site on occasions. The successful Graduate Transport Planner will be provided with any training necessary to develop their skills to the correct level, being provided with mentorship and guidance throughout this period. Throughout this role there will be chances for the successful Graduate Transport Planner to take part in a rare opportunity to work with the design team, developing their experience and knowledge of the industry and role. The company offer the successful Graduate Transport Planner the opportunity to carry on with a university course, allowing them one day a week to carry on their education whilst supporting this. The successful Graduate Transport Planner will be provided with a clear pathway to a senior role, with clear structure and plans for progression in place.
