Your new role
As a Graduate Residential Valuation Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors, supporting the delivery of residential valuation services for a diverse range of clients and property types.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with residential property inspections and assessments.
- Collecting and analysing market and property data.
- Supporting the preparation of valuation reports and recommendations.
- Undertaking research into local property markets and trends.
- Assisting senior surveyors with a variety of valuation projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and property information.
- Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the valuation process.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related RICS-accredited discipline.
- Strong interest in residential property valuation and surveying.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A professional and proactive approach to work.
- Full UK driving licence.
