Graduate Voice AI Product Manager

Today our products are used across four specialist businesses:
- Fortell Community – helping government agencies, community action organisations, local authorities and non-profits support vulnerable people.
- Fortell Impact – supporting international development organisations and NGOs delivering programmes around the world.
- Fortell Health – helping healthcare providers improve patient access, appointment booking, navigation and administrative efficiency.
- Fortell Automotive – helping dealerships and automotive businesses manage customer enquiries, bookings and aftersales support.
We're looking for a smart, ambitious Graduate Voice AI Product Manager to help design, test and improve our AI products across these sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in artificial intelligence, large language models, voice technology, product management and solving real customer problems.
Location
Remote (UK).
We're primarily looking for someone based in the UK. While most of your working week will follow normal UK business hours, many of our customers are based in the United States, so you'll occasionally need the flexibility to work later UK hours for customer meetings, workshops and product sessions.
The Role
You'll work alongside customers, engineers, product managers and delivery teams to understand how organisations operate and how Voice AI can improve their customer experience.
Every customer is different. One week you might be helping a Community Action Agency improve access to energy assistance, the next you'll be reducing missed appointments for a healthcare provider, designing an AI assistant for an international development programme, or improving customer journeys for an automotive retailer.

You'll help turn customer requirements into AI products that people genuinely enjoy using.
This is a highly practical role. You'll spend time listening to calls, testing conversations, improving prompts, refining knowledge bases and working closely with engineers to make our AI smarter every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet customers to understand how their organisations operate and where Voice AI can help.
- Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications, user journeys and conversational flows.
- Design and improve AI voice conversations across community services, international development, healthcare and automotive.
- Test AI voice agents to ensure conversations are accurate, natural and reliable.
- Review transcripts, analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with engineers to improve prompts, workflows, integrations and AI behaviour.
- Help configure Voice AI deployments for new customers.
- Learn how large language models, speech technology and Voice AI products work in production environments.
- Ensure every AI assistant delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Continuously improve products based on real-world customer usage.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone early in their career.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Curious about AI, Voice AI, LLMs and emerging technology.
- Interested in product management and building technology people love using.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to turn complex customer conversations into structured product requirements.
- Comfortable working with technical teams, even if you're not a software engineer.
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
- Based in the UK and comfortable working remotely.
- Happy to occasionally adjust working hours to collaborate with customers and colleagues in US time zones.

Salary
£27,000–£30,000, depending on experience.
