Your new company
An established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking a Graduate or Assistant Employer's Agent to join its growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a consultancy that delivers high-profile residential, mixed-use, commercial and re-generation schemes. Working alongside experienced Employer's Agents, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, you will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, supporting the delivery of complex developments on behalf of housing associations, local authorities, developers and private-sector clients.
Your new role
Within this role you will assist in the administration and delivery of projects from inception through to completion, helping to ensure developments are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. As part of the role, you will support Employer's Agent and Project Management commissions across a variety of development projects. This will include assisting with contract administration duties and monitoring project programmes. You will attend project meetings, coordinate communication between clients and stakeholders and support senior team members with project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or a related construction discipline. You should be interested in developing a career in Employer's Agent, Project Management or Development Monitoring services. Good report writing and numerical skills are required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
