Graduate/Entry Level Recruiter – US Market
Alldus | Glasgow, Scotland | On-site
Want to get into recruitment, earn good money, and build a career in a global market? We’re growing our US ServiceNow desk in Glasgow and looking for ambitious graduates and entry-level recruiters to join us.
You’ll recruit into the US technology market, working with ServiceNow professionals and businesses across America. It’s a specialist contract market with strong demand, high margins, and serious commission potential.
The Hours
- Monday–Thursday | 1pm–10pm
- Friday | 10am – 7pm
You’ll be working during the US business day, giving you much better access to candidates and clients when they’re available.

What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in recruitment.
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by progression and earning potential.
- Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
