We're hiring Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join Alldus.
At Alldus, we're a global recruitment business specialising in connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious graduates who are passionate about people and want to build a rewarding career in recruitment.
What you'll be doing:
- Build relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations.
- Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for exciting opportunities across our specialist markets.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support from first conversation through to offer acceptance.
- Write engaging job adverts and promote opportunities across social media.
- Build long-term candidate relationships and become a trusted career partner.

What we're looking for:
- A recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and helping people achieve their career goals.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role is beneficial but not essential.
