Company: Etrading Software
Location: London
Reports to: Head of Marketing
The Role
This is a crucial support role for a growing, agile Marketing team, with hands-on involvement across multiple disciplines including content, social media, CRM management, PR, and data and analytics. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team to help deliver key initiatives across ETS’s multiple business lines and brands.
This role reports into the Head of Marketing but is designed to support the team as a whole, so you’ll be picking up work from and collaborating with other members of Marketing, day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Content and Communications
- Drafting social media content for campaigns and general business updates.
- Researching and drafting communications materials such as press releases, news announcements and blog posts.
- Supporting basic visual asset creation for social and web (e.g. via Canva or similar tools).
- Maintaining and updating marketing collateral (sales one-pagers, brochures, case studies) so sales-facing materials stay current.
- Social media monitoring and listening: tracking mentions, competitor activity and industry conversation to feed into content planning.
- Supporting award submissions and industry ranking entries (e.g. fintech / RegTech awards).
Events
- Planning logistics for conferences and event sponsorship agreements, pre-, during and post-event.
- Supporting webinar and virtual event logistics specifically, distinct from in-person conferences (registration platforms, follow-up email sequences).
Digital and CRM
- Qualifying and routing inbound leads through the CRM.
- Supporting email marketing campaign execution.
- Helping ensure CRM and campaign data is clean and accurate for reporting and analytics.
- Managing website content updates.
- Supporting production of the marketing newsletters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
