Algomarketing partners with leading global organisations including Google, Cisco, Zoom, Stripe, OpenAI, and other enterprise technology brands to deliver marketing, sales, and go-to-market support with AI enabled talent across EMEA, NORAM, APAC and beyond.
Algomarketing is seeking a highly motivated Renewals Specialist to support a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation, focusing on customers within the Education sector across EMEA.
The role centres on proactive outbound engagement, helping customers transition to appropriate education-focused SaaS solutions through consultative, value-led conversations.
You will work in a high-activity environment, using structured outreach to reinforce customer value, deepen relationships, and support long-term retention and renewal success.
The position is suited to someone who can turn customer conversations into meaningful commercial opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and ROI.

Responsibilities
- Own proactive outbound engagement across a defined Education customer book of business within EMEA.
- Deliver high-volume daily calling activity while meeting agreed connected-call targets.
- Build customer engagement through consistent follow-ups and structured outreach.
- Use established playbooks and messaging frameworks to guide customer conversations.
- Shift discussions from price towards value, business outcomes, and ROI.
- Understand customer needs and position relevant education-focused SaaS bundles and solutions accordingly.
- Convert customer engagement into qualified renewal opportunities and meet agreed conversion targets.
- Ensure all opportunities are clearly defined and accurately recorded within Salesforce.
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and submit complete, actionable lead notes within agreed SLAs.
- Consistently track activity, performance, and conversion metrics.
- Partner closely with Renewal Managers and Account Executives to support successful customer outcomes.
- Share customer insights and feedback to continuously improve messaging, playbooks, and engagement approaches.
- Consistently achieve connected-call targets while creating high-quality, actionable renewal pipeline.

Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Based in Amsterdam or London and able to work from the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a high-activity, outbound customer engagement environment.
- Resilient, motivated, and able to maintain momentum across a high volume of customer interactions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around CRM and administrative tasks.
- Positive, coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Interest in developing consultative and value-based selling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Additional European language skills.
- Previous experience working across EMEA markets.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience in customer renewals, outbound sales, customer success, account management, or a similar commercial environment.
- Ability to lead value-based conversations focused on customer outcomes and ROI.
- Familiarity with structured sales or renewal playbooks, pipeline creation, and conversion metrics.
