Do you want a rewarding career with a growing organisation where people come first?

Location: Crawley - Hybrid, 2 days a week in office

Role: 3 year fixed term contract

Business Area: Finance department

At People’s Partnership, we’re looking for an ambitious Finance Graduate to join our 3-year development programme, designed to give you real responsibility, structured development and a pathway into a qualified finance role.

You will be part of a company wide graduate program, building relationships within a graduate peer group and benefiting from an organised learning and development program.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of Finance & Transformation while studying towards a fully funded ACCA qualification, setting you up for a long-term career within the Finance function.

The Finance Graduate will rotate around the Finance & Transformation functions. You will develop core accounting capabilities and start your qualification in Financial Control, working across financial accounts, financial reporting and finance operations. You will then join the FP&A team, where you will develop a deep understanding of the business by partnering with key stakeholders and develop forecasting and modelling skills. For the final rotation you will have an option to join the procurement, transformation or CFO office team to further develop your knowledge across Finance and Transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
