Graduate Surveyor / Surveyor - Industrial Leasing & Land

Location: London

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Graduate Surveyor / Surveyor to join our Industrial Leasing team. This opportunity is suited to candidates with a minimum of one year's relevant experience, whether gained through a graduate scheme, apprenticeship programme, or in an agency, occupier or consultancy environment. We are also keen to hear from newly qualified surveyors who are looking to develop their careers within a market-leading industrial leasing team.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support the delivery of agency and leasing instructions across a diverse portfolio of industrial, logistics and warehouse assets. The role offers excellent exposure to landlord and occupier representation, business development activities and high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the marketing and leasing of industrial and logistics properties.
  • Support leasing instructions on behalf of landlords, investors and occupiers.
  • Undertake property inspections, viewings and market appraisals.
  • Prepare marketing materials, reports, presentations and client updates.
  • Conduct market research and provide insight into leasing trends, rental levels and occupier demand.
  • Support the negotiation of lease terms and heads of terms.
  • Assist with development appraisals, viability assessments and site evaluations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, occupiers, developers and other market stakeholders.
  • Assist with business development initiatives and pitch opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate property and transaction records within internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Agency, Capital Markets, Development and Property Management teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience within commercial property, industrial agency, leasing, real estate consultancy or a related discipline.
  • Currently undertaking a graduate scheme or apprenticeship programme or qualified to Surveyor level.
  • Strong interest in the industrial and logistics property sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Full UK driving licence.
