Graduate/Trainee Field Service Engineer (Geophysical Logging)

Are you a Graduate, Trainee or Junior Field Service Engineer or similar looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career with a specialist engineering company offering full training, worldwide travel and long-term progression?

Do you want to join a market-leading geophysical services company working on major offshore wind, renewables, geotechnical and mineral exploration projects across the globe, where no two days are the same and you'll develop highly sought-after technical skills?

This role would suit a Graduate, Trainee or Junior Field Service Engineer or similar looking for a technically varied career with extensive training, international travel and genuine long-term development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Preparing, testing and mobilising specialist borehole logging equipment for UK and worldwide projects
  • Carrying out borehole logging, processing geophysical data and producing technical reports
  • Receiving extensive technical training while travelling internationally to support offshore and onshore engineering projects

The Person:

  • Graduate, Junior or Trainee Field Service Engineer, or similar
  • Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Geoscience, Physics, a background in Ground investigation or a related discipline
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Happy to travel internationally and work away from home for extended periods
