We’re now hiring a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and learn how to run a full 360 desk from scratch. If you’re driven, competitive, and want a career where your results directly impact your earnings and progression, this is the place to build it.
🚀 The Opportunity
You’ll learn recruitment from the ground up, becoming a fully‑fledged 360 consultant in the US Tech market. We’ll teach you everything from sourcing, business development, client management, negotiation, closing and you’ll be working directly with high‑growth tech companies across the US.
This is a role where you’ll grow quickly, earn quickly, and build a career with real long‑term progression.

- Master the full 360 recruitment lifecycle e.g.. sourcing candidates, winning clients, managing processes, and closing deals.
- Build relationships with exciting tech companies across the US, from start‑ups to global brands.
- Learn how to identify top talent in high‑demand areas like Cloud, Data, ERP and Software Engineering.
- Run candidate searches, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
- Develop commercial skills: outreach, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and account growth.
- Work closely with leadership, receiving hands‑on coaching, structured training, and real career development.
- Grow into a consultant who owns their desk, builds their market, and drives revenue.
