Role Overview
Background – Registry Services, within Academic Services, is creating a new Graduation and Awards team focused on the administration of awards, certificates and graduation ceremonies. Working closely with colleagues in Student Records, Schools and the Events Team, the Graduation and Awards Administrator will support the delivery of key student lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate record management and providing excellent service to students and staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for award and certificate processes
- Maintain accurate student records
- Support graduation planning and delivery
- Manage enquiries
- Coordinate graduation communications and bookings
- Identify and resolve routine record discrepancies
- Ensure processes are applied consistently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to support the successful delivery of graduation and awards activities
Person Specification
- Experience providing accurate administrative support within a busy environment

Additional Information
Whilst this role is hybrid, there is a more frequent amount of on-site presence required during the planning and running of graduation ceremonies, currently held in January and July each year. Peak certificate production periods throughout the year will also require being on-site more frequently.
