Job Summary
At GRAHAM, we create exceptional interior environments that transform the way people work, learn and interact. As our Interior Fit-Out business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Business Management Graduate to join our London-based team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience across business development, sales, marketing and business planning within one of the UK's leading Interior Fit-Out businesses. Working alongside experienced Business Development and Client Relationship professionals, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
The position is primarily office-based, with regular opportunities to attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions. Through structured development and mentoring, the successful candidate will be supported on a pathway towards a more senior Business Development role.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Management Graduate Shall
- Conduct market research to identify potential project opportunities, office relocations and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Monitor industry platforms, market intelligence tools, press releases, client announcements and online resources to identify potential leads.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and target lists using the company CRM system.
- Develop tailored email campaigns and make proactive outbound calls to secure meetings for the Business Development team.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, capability statements, bid support materials and sales collateral.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and business development activities, capturing key actions and follow-up requirements.
- Assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of marketing and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
- Support reporting and analysis of business development activity, providing insights and recommendations to the wider team.
- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Construction and Operational teams to promote GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out's expertise, projects and success stories.
- Contribute to business planning initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for the GRAHAM brand in all interactions with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.

Person Specification
Essential
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Communications or a related discipline or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with prospective clients both over the phone and in person.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional emails, presentations and reports.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in the construction, property or fit-out sectors.
- Proactive, self-motivated and keen to develop a career in business development.
Desirable
- Previous placement, internship or work experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, customer service or business development.
- Knowledge of the construction, commercial real estate or interior fit-out sectors.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience supporting events, networking activities or marketing campaigns.
