Job Title: GRAHAM Academy – Trainee Site Manager (Apprenticeship)
DIVISION: Interior Fit Out
LOCATION: London
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
REPORTING TO: Senior Project Manager
SALARY: £17,000 - £32,000 per annum
BENEFITS: Car Allowance; Subsidised Private Medical Cover; Life Assurance Scheme; Living away from home allowance (where appropriate), Contributory Pension, 35 Days annual leave (Including Public Holidays)
Job Summary
At GRAHAM, we are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Site Manager to join our Interior Fit Out team. Supporting the delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, you'll work alongside experienced site professionals while studying towards a fully funded Higher Apprenticeship qualification.
You'll gain hands-on experience in health and safety, site coordination, programme management, subcontractor supervision, quality assurance, and project delivery. Working on fast-paced projects, you'll learn how high-quality workplace and commercial environments are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Assist with site coordination, health & safety, quality inspections, and programme monitoring.
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Help manage materials, site logistics, and project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and training sessions to develop your construction and leadership skills.
- Support project handovers, snagging activities, and the delivery of high-quality finished spaces.
This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Trainee Site Manager and the range of duties to be undertaken.
It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.
Technical Competencies
Essential
- Currently studying, or planning to undertake, a higher or degree-level education course in a construction-related discipline
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willing to work throughout the UK

TECHNICIAL APPRENTICESHIP
Technical Apprenticeships are available at a number of entry points from GCSE, A Level or BTEC awards, we are currently seeking to recruit individuals hoping to transition onto a Higher-Level or Degree Level Apprenticeship, which are offered from Level 4 to Level 7.
A Higher Apprenticeship provides a structured pathway to develop your skills while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in the workplace alongside dedicated study time, with all training costs fully funded. These programmes offer a clear route to professional body membership and can lead to rewarding careers.
