Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be willing to engage with customers and be able to work well in a team environment
- Lifting 50lbs - 75lbs
- Able to climb ladders
- Shovel grain
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Benefits
- Compensation: $20.00- $25.00 /hour DOE, plus benefits
- Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (overtime will be required)

Responsibilities
- This position will focus on assisting with all operations in grain and/or agronomy
- This person will be responsible for day to day operations
- Efficiently load and unload semi-trucks
- Grading grain samples
- Grain handling including drying, segregating, filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring and blending grain
- Equipment maintenance
- Perform duties safely within company policies, guidelines and in accordance with governmental regulations
- Ability to work in a high paced work environment during harvest
- Be a part of the team that loads grain trains
- Be willing to travel to other facilities to support those operations teams
- Other duties as assigned

Job Description
Agwrx Cooperative Elevator is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time Operations focused person to join the Agwrx team. This position will focus on assisting with all operations in grain and/or agronomy. This person will be responsible for day to day operations. This position will be based out of Watertown, SD or one of the following locations:
- Garden City, SD
- Henry, SD
- Webster, SD
- Toronto, SD
- Clark, SD
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $20.00- $25.00 /hour DOE, plus benefits
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (overtime will be required)
