Flexible Nursery Work That Fits Around Your Life

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.
You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a GrandFlex Bank Nursery Assistant, you'll:
- Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
- Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
- Support children's development through play and planned activities.
- Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
- Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We're Looking For
You'll have:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
- A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
- The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
