Role Description
The Grant and Fundraising Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for securing financial support to advance Healing Hands Global’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Researching and identifying grant opportunities
- Preparing and submitting grant proposals
- Maintaining a calendar of deadlines and reporting requirements
The role involves:
- Cultivating relationships with donors, foundations, and partners
- Managing fundraising campaigns
- Supporting online and virtual events that promote the organization’s work
The coordinator will:
- Track fundraising performance
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with program and leadership teams to align funding proposals with organizational priorities
This position also contributes to communication materials, such as impact reports and donor updates, to ensure transparent, mission-aligned stewardship of funds.

Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication Abilities for engaging donors, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in Fundraising and Philanthropy, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and campaign management.
- Event Planning Skills for coordinating virtual and in-person fundraising initiatives and community outreach activities.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and detailed documentation.
- Relevant experience in non-profit or faith-based organizations, familiarity with grant databases and CRM tools, and a commitment to the mission and values of Healing Hands Global are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or similar) or equivalent experience.
