Grant Operations Administrator at Goodstack
Overview
Goodstack is looking for an organised and detail-focused Grant Operations Administrator to support the smooth administration and delivery of grant-related processes.
This is an entry-level remote opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working with data, processes and administrative workflows while supporting a purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of grant operations and related workflows.
- Review and process information accurately across internal systems.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records, documentation and operational data.
- Respond to routine queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Help monitor applications, payments and operational processes.
- Identify missing or incomplete information and follow up where required.
- Assist with reporting, tracking and general operational administration.
- Support continuous improvements to administrative processes and workflows.
