As a Grant Operations Administrator at Goodstack, you will ensure grant applications transition seamlessly from intake to submission. You will manage complex grant calendars, extract technical requirements from funder portals, and conduct rigorous quality checks. The ideal candidate
- Possesses 0–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data entry roles, ideally with a background in RFP coordination, admissions, or loan processing.
- Demonstrates a zero-error mindset with exceptional attention to detail, capable of spotting formatting errors, broken links, or incomplete fields in complex documents.
- Thrives in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs, and various third-party web portals.
