Grant Management Systems Analyst
We’re looking for a Grant Management Systems Analyst to join our very well known UK charity client on an initial 6 Month fixed term contract.
This new role will lead the administration, development and effective use of a Grant Management System, supporting grant funding across the full lifecycle and ensuring high-quality data, reporting and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Grant Management System, including forms, workflows, templates, permissions, and automation.
- Manage data quality, mapping, reporting, and data extracts.
- Develop reports and dashboards for portfolio, impact, performance, and governance reporting.
- Support finance system integration, data transfers, and tools such as Power BI.
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, guidance, and training.
- Coordinate testing, system changes, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

About you
- Experience administering or supporting a business-critical database, CRM, grant management, or similar workflow-based system.
- Hands-on JSON Logic experience.
- Experience translating business requirements into system configuration, workflows, forms, reports, or data outputs.
- Strong experience in data management, data quality, mapping, and reporting.

Contract details
- 6 Month fixed term contract
- Paying £45,000 yearly salary equivalent + strong benefits package
- Chance to extend further or go permanent
- Hybrid 1-2 days per week onsite in London
