Help Bright Futures 4 All secure vital funding by researching grant opportunities and supporting funding applications. Your work will help us continue providing life-changing education and support for children and young people with SEND.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who

  • Has excellent research and organisational skills.
  • Has strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Enjoys analysing information and presenting it clearly.
  • Can manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Shares our passion for improving opportunities for children and young people with SEND.

Experience in grant fundraising, bid writing, research, administration, fundraising or project support.

  • Research grant opportunities from trusts, foundations and other funding bodies.
  • Identify funding opportunities that align with the charity's programmes and objectives.
  • Support the preparation and submission of grant applications.
  • Gather information, evidence and impact data to strengthen funding bids.
  • Help maintain a grant funding pipeline and track application deadlines.
  • Keep accurate records of applications, outcomes and reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure funding opportunities are progressed efficiently.
  • Help identify new ways to secure sustainable funding for the charity.
