Are you passionate about making a real difference through charitable funding? Join Royal Papworth Charity as our new Grants Officer and play a vital role in delivering over £3 million of charitable funding each year to enhance patient care, research, innovation and staff wellbeing at one of the world's leading specialist heart and lung hospitals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious charity at a pivotal stage of its development. You will manage the charity's grant-giving programme from application through to impact reporting, working closely with clinicians, researchers and hospital teams to turn innovative ideas into funded projects that improve lives.

Manage the Grant Programme

Lead the administration of Royal Papworth Charity's £3 million annual grant programme, overseeing the full grant lifecycle from application to evaluation. Ensure funding is allocated fairly, transparently and in line with strategic priorities.
