Job Summary:

Enhanced visibility of current and projected capability through modelling which connects inputs decision and outputs

  • Current Operations Dashboard: Dashboard that gives a ‘live’ view of the most up-to-date operations, through different layers (resource, work, process, systems)
  • Collation of Actuals: The collation, aggregation (and measurement if applicable) of actual data from operation activity (e.g. case status, resource status, complaints, yield). The ongoing measurement of performance KPIs over time
  • Digital Representation: A network-based ‘foundational model’ that defines all the modelled elements of capability and how they interact

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in delivering 0 > 1 product build
  • Hands-on experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong experience in Graph (AWS Neptune)
  • Proven experience in graph data modelling and relationship design
  • Experience in data engineering including ETL pipeline development, data transformation and integration
  • Strong programming in Python
  • Experience in working with large and complex datasets
  • Familiar with cloud platforms, AWS preferred
  • Understanding network analysis and system modelling is a plus
