Main Purpose Of The Role
The Graphic & Digital Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns, brand development, social media, website content, customer communications, and sales activity.
The ideal candidate will combine strong creative flair with excellent technical design skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
Key Accountabilities
Design & Brand Management
- Create compelling visual assets that align with the Goff Fang brand identity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
- Produce artwork for both digital and print materials.
Digital Design
- Design content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Create engaging graphics, banners, animations, and digital marketing assets.
- Support website updates by preparing visuals, imagery, and user-focused content.
- Assist in improving the visual user experience across digital channels.

Marketing Support
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop campaign creative.
- Design sales presentations, company collateral, brochures, case studies, and customer communications.
- Create visual content to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Content Creation
- Produce and edit photography, video, and motion graphics where required.
- Create social media content including static graphics, reels, animations, and promotional materials.
- Support content planning with creative ideas and design expertise.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Ensure all artwork is delivered accurately and to agreed specifications.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications or Experience:

- Proven experience in a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems.
- Experience using Canva and other creative content platforms.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience within a fast-paced commercial, creative, or agency environment.
