The Role
This is a varied, hands on creative role with the opportunity to work across a global business and a wide range of projects.
You’ll create engaging visual content across print and digital channels, from brochures, technical datasheets and presentations to exhibition graphics, social content, internal campaigns and digital assets.
Working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll also help maintain a consistent global brand, support digital and internal communications, and continually improve the templates and creative tools used across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing high quality creative assets across print and digital channels
- Creating presentations, brochures, technical materials, infographics, exhibition graphics and social content
- Turning complex information into clear and compelling visual communications
- Supporting global marketing campaigns, events and internal communications
- Creating and adapting content for digital and social channels
- Helping ensure our visual identity is applied consistently across the organisation
- Developing templates and creative assets that make great design easier to use across the business
- Working with stakeholders across different countries, functions and business areas
What We’re Looking For
- Professional graphic design experience, ideally within a B2B, technical, industrial or agency environment
- The ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging visual content
- Experience designing for digital, social media and/or internal communications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confidence working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders

Location & Work Pattern
Ideally you will work from our Macclesfield office 2 days a week, with a hybrid work pattern. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
