About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various charitable programs, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for community service, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to impactful projects that benefit underserved populations and promote social good. The Program Coordinator will act as a key liaison between the organization, partners, and beneficiaries, ensuring efficient communication and execution of program objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in program management or coordination within the nonprofit sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Genuine passion for social causes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proactive approach to challenges
- Prior experience working with diverse communities
- Understanding of grant management and reporting processes
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and community members to facilitate program delivery and engagement.
- Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on program progress, outcomes, and impact for internal review and external stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and community outreach events to promote program awareness and participation.
- Identify potential funding opportunities and assist with grant applications and reporting processes.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback collection, data analysis, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to strategic planning efforts for future initiatives.
