7days Performance
7days Performance is a leading online competition company offering customers the opportunity to win life-changing prizes, including performance cars, luxury homes, watches, technology and substantial cash alternatives.
Our creative is seen by a large online audience across paid social media, organic content, email, and the 7days Performance website. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong digital design, image-compositing, and AI-generation skills to join our creative team.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role focused on producing high-impact digital artwork for our competitions and marketing campaigns.
You’ll transform photographs of cars, properties, and products into attention-grabbing campaign visuals. This could include placing a vehicle convincingly outside a Dream Home, building a multi-car prize composition, creating an original environment around a product, or developing the key artwork for a major instant-win campaign.
You’ll use a combination of Adobe Creative Cloud, traditional photo compositing, and AI-assisted image-generation tools. AI should be treated as part of the creative workflow—not as a replacement for strong design judgement, technical accuracy, or attention to detail.
The finished artwork must be visually exciting while remaining an accurate representation of the prize being offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Create campaign artwork for performance cars, luxury homes, watches, technology, cash, and instant-win competitions.
- Design website competition images, paid-social adverts, organic social graphics, email assets, promotional banners, and launch materials.
- Produce complete visual packages for new competition launches and adapt them across multiple formats and platforms.
- Combine multiple vehicles, products, cash elements, and promotional information into clear, high-impact compositions.
- Place cars and other prizes convincingly into properties, driveways, lifestyle settings, and generated environments.
- Use AI image-generation and editing tools to create original backgrounds, locations, skies, environments, textures, props, and lifestyle imagery.
- Use reference images to generate or edit campaign visuals while preserving the identity and accuracy of the real prize.
- Write and refine detailed AI prompts, test different approaches, and select the strongest outputs for further editing.
- Correct AI-generated errors and inconsistencies using Photoshop, including inaccurate wheels, badges, bodywork, number plates, reflections, lighting, and proportions.
- Ensure AI-generated or manipulated images do not misrepresent the specification, condition, appearance, or contents of a prize.
- Match lighting, perspective, scale, shadows, colour, and reflections so composite images look believable.
- Retouch automotive, property, and product photography to a high professional standard.
- Create visual concepts for paid-social campaigns and produce multiple variations for creative testing.
- Test different headlines, imagery, layouts, prize combinations, colours, and calls to action.
- Produce urgency-led graphics for closing dates, low ticket availability, draw dates, and guaranteed winners.
- Create winner announcements, testimonial graphics, Trustpilot creative, and other trust-building content.
- Work closely with the content, paid media, email, website, and wider marketing teams.
- Review creative-performance data and use it to inform future designs and campaign variations.
- Build reusable templates and efficient AI-assisted workflows for repeated or batch creative production.
- Maintain an organised library of source photography, generated assets, prompts, templates, and completed artwork.
- Keep the visual identity of 7days Performance consistent across every platform.
- Manage several briefs and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-moving production environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
