About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for design, whether print or digital, and demonstrate a drive to think creatively and generate innovative ideas. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to produce marketing collateral, manage design projects, and ensure brand consistency. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our visual identity, engaging our target audience, and supporting our marketing campaigns to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing or branding design is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and promote our brand identity through all design initiatives, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Create visually engaging marketing materials such as case studies, product sheets, presentations, and multimedia content.
  • Conduct bi-annual competitor reviews to stay ahead of market trends and incorporate best practices into our designs.
  • Stay informed about client, competitor, legal, technological, and social changes to keep our design activities relevant and impactful.
  • Design and develop marketing materials aimed at attracting and engaging our target customers.
  • Design and execute email campaigns, social media graphics, and advertising creatives to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze web analytics and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as the central point for marketing design and delivery, ensuring cohesion and quality across all projects.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite, email marketing tools, and social media platforms efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Organize and manage the weekly marketing request list, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Design internal communications, coordinate partnerships, and create materials for corporate events and initiatives.
