Position: Graphic Designer

Work Hours (Client): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: Up to $2,000 / month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search: Philippines, South Africa, Latin America

Work Location: Remote

Our client is an established provider of safety kits and promotional products, specializing in automotive, first-aid, PPE, and customizable safety solutions. With decades of experience in the industry, the company maintains an extensive inventory of bags, kit components, and accessories that can be tailored to meet different customer needs, branding requirements, and budgets.

The organization is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas to its products and marketing materials while supporting a wide variety of design needs.


Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly capable Graphic Designer to develop original visual concepts for products, branding, promotional materials, presentations, and other creative projects.

This is not an execution-only design role. The ideal candidate should be able to receive a project scope or business objective, think creatively about the best visual direction, and independently develop concepts rather than waiting for detailed step-by-step instructions.

The successful candidate will combine strong Adobe Illustrator skills with creativity, sound design judgment, and familiarity with modern AI tools that can accelerate the creative process.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop original design concepts based on project direction and business needs
  • Create graphics for branded products, including t-shirts, logos, and related assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and incorporate feedback
  • Produce creative visual options for different products and campaigns
  • Translate broad ideas into polished, professional design work
  • Use design tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and efficiency when appropriate
  • Deliver high-quality work while managing multiple design requests

Minimum Qualifications

  • Language requirement: Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience:
    • Experience designing logos and product-based graphics; experience using modern design tools and AI when useful.
    • 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
    • Solid understanding of graphic design principles and visual composition
    • Ability to create concepts from high-level direction, not just follow preset instructions
    • Experience designing logos and product-based graphics
    • Experience designing logos, product graphics, promotional materials, or similar creative assets
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy
    • Ability to take a project from initial concept through polished final artwork
    • Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box
    • Comfortable working collaboratively and taking feedback
  • Formal education or training in graphic design is preferred
