About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Acrylicize. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom art and design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and timeline requirements. You will act as a key liaison between clients, creative teams, and external vendors, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within creative or design industries, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for innovative visual storytelling. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within creative, design, or art-related fields. A bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. A genuine passion for art, design, and innovative visual concepts is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initial client consultation to final installation, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within scope and financial constraints.
- Coordinate with creative teams, artists, vendors, and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
- Oversee procurement of materials, artwork production, and logistical arrangements for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies throughout project implementation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative techniques to incorporate into project planning and execution.
