Role Description

This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing assets, social media content, presentations, and product-related graphics.

  • Refining brand visuals
  • Preparing design files
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding
  • Translating briefs into clear, appealing designs
  • Maintaining brand guidelines
  • Revising work based on feedback
  • Supporting logo design initiatives
  • Helping evolve visual standards across multiple projects

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and applying brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, readable, and visually balanced compositions.
  • Competence using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software).
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, logos, and digital assets.
