Graphic Designer
An opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to support the delivery of digital and print marketing materials across our busy manufacturing Group. Working as part of the Business Support team, you will create marketing collateral, social media content, and branded communications, ensuring all design work is produced to a high standard and aligned with company brand guidelines. Our head office is conveniently located in Fivemiletown, 35 minutes from Dungannon and 20 minutes from Enniskillen.
Responsibilities
- Produce graphic design work using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Create social media graphics, digital content, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and other communication materials.
- Create, amend, and prepare artwork for exhibitions, events, internal communications, digital, and print production.
- Adapt and repurpose creative assets across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Support content creation through image editing, visual asset development, and design solutions.
- Follow established review, approval, file management, and brand guideline processes, implementing feedback and amendments as required.
- Support the wider Marketing team with creative requirements as business priorities evolve.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
- Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures, and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary, and ICT Security.
- Maximize efficiency by supporting Cooneen Lean continuous improvement activities.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media graphics, posters, and exhibition assets.
- Strong understanding of digital and print design principles.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and preparing artwork for print and digital production.
- Strong image editing and retouching skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Desirable Criteria
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, or tender activities.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital channels.
- Experience using file management and digital asset management systems.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including domestic and international travel as required.
