Business Leader | Kings Cross, London | Full-time | 3 days in office/ 2 days remote

Reports to: Head of Creative and Design

Business Leader is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our small creative team and produce design work across the whole business – magazine, digital, membership, summit, and events. You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative and Design on day-to-day output and on helping roll out the new brand identity as it lands.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Design across print and digital: magazine layout support, social assets, web and email graphics, ads, and presentations
  • Produce collateral for events, the Summit, and membership touchpoints (invitations, signage, badges, decks)
  • Support the rollout of the new brand identity across all business areas as the rebrand progresses
  • Work in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) to a high standard
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, membership, and events teams to turn briefs into polished, on-brand output
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a small, fast-moving team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
