About Ashleigh & Burwood

Ashleigh & Burwood is a British home fragrance brand with over thirty years of heritage, a loyal customer base, and a genuine warmth that runs through everything they make. They bring a little joy into people's homes every day, and they're looking for a designer to help that come through in every product, pack, and page.

They need a hands-on midweight designer who can take a brief and run with it, from first concept to print-ready artwork. You'll work across packaging, brand, and marketing for their home fragrance collections, under the guidance of their Design Manager, and help keep every new launch looking and feeling like Ashleigh & Burwood.

This is a close-knit team of around thirty people, where everyone mucks in, and they're looking for a true collaborator to join them.

What you'll be doing

Concepts and packaging

  • Work with the product team to develop creative concepts for new collections and range extensions
  • Take ideas all the way through line-ups, layouts, and final artwork
  • Create gift and DTC packaging that looks beautiful and stays true to the brand
  • Agree brand guidelines for new launches and make sure artwork sticks to them

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
