Graphic Designer at Opus 2

As a graphic designer at Opus 2, you will play a critical role in maintaining and elevating our brand identity across all marketing and product touchpoints. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Art Director, with visibility to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will translate concepts into compelling, polished visuals.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. You will thrive here if you are highly organised, receptive to feedback, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful visual impact at a global legal tech leader.

What you'll be doing

  • Design a wide variety of high-quality marketing collateral including digital and print advertising campaigns, social media assets, marketing emails, website visuals, presentations, pitch decks, event signage, brochures, and more.
  • Translate brand guidelines across all print and digital touchpoints whilst contributing fresh thinking as the visual identity evolves.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, colour, and logo usage.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketing leads, and senior leadership teams to develop visuals that support campaigns, product launches, events, and client-facing content.
  • Ability to balance simultaneous projects under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Openness to taking feedback, making quick pivots, and keeping up with evolving visual trends.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
