🎨 Graphic Designer – Join a Fast-Paced Creative Team in Hull
Aquilo Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with Ideal Heating and their in-house creative team to find a talented Graphic Designer ready to thrive in a fast-paced, driven environment.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just creatively strong, but also a true team player—someone who can bring energy, ideas, and focus to a collaborative setting where no two days are the same. Whether you’re building on a few years of experience or already well-established, what matters most is your ability, attitude, and passion for great design.
🕒 Working pattern: 37-hour week with a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

✨ What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-quality print materials across multiple brands
- Creating engaging digital assets for web and social campaigns
- Developing fresh concepts, layouts, and creative solutions
- Applying brand guidelines with precision and consistency
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
- Managing projects and delivering to deadlines without compromising quality
- Proofreading and ensuring all work is accurate and polished
- Staying up to date with design trends and tools
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- Around 3+ years’ experience in graphic design (flexible for standout talent)
- A strong portfolio that showcases impactful, high-quality work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
- A proactive, self-starting mindset
- Solid organisational and project management skills
