This is an exciting time to work with Twinings as we are implementing a more vibrant visual identity and we are looking for someone to assist with applying it across our digital touchpoints, primarily the owned website Twinings.co.uk and our email marketing programme, in addition to other ecommerce channels and in store shopper marketing. The visual identity builds on our brand strategy which aims to make wellbeing enjoyable and accessible to all.
Please note: This role would be contracting for Twinings for 3-4 days per week for a fixed term period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Working closely to collaborate with other creatives (agency) and the internal marketing team to ensure consistency of visual identify across online touchpoints (and some offline).
- Accountability for the development of the email creative and production.
- Share / utilise / edit / resize content assets provided from other channels where applicable.
- Create multi-channel point of sale through the roll out of creative campaigns assets. You will edit videos in order to re-use across various touchpoints.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in Graphic Design and a degree or equivalent, in graphic design or relevant subject.
- Strong visual creative skills for digital (and potentially some print).
- Collaborative and driven designer with experience creating engaging content for multiple digital channels as well as some print and social.
- Enthusiastic, positive and organised, this opportunity is perfect for a designer looking to further their digital career.
- Highly organised, as well as having the ability to work in close collaboration with both internal and external agency teams. Excellent prioritisation skills, and the ability to manage your own workload.
- All-round knowledge of working with photography, illustration, and animation which allows you to be creative in utilising our brand assets and guidelines.
- Experienced to challenge briefs and get the most out of projects through your proven collaborative work ethic. You will be able to plan and deliver your workload against agreed deadlines.
- Experienced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop which enable you to develop ideas and present them in a clear and engaging way.
- Highly creative with attention to detail skills.
